How to request access

How to request records held by the private body.

  • Subject line: PAIA Request - [Requester Name].
  • Physical delivery address: 10 Piet Retief Rd, Monument, Krugersdorp, South Africa.
  • Describe the requested record clearly, state the right you want to exercise or protect, and explain why the record is required for that purpose.
  • Provide proof of authority if you act for another person or entity, and proof of identity where reasonably required.

Where applicable, prescribed PAIA request, access, reproduction, search, or deposit fees may apply. Where a fee is payable, the requester will be notified before the request is processed further.

Decision process

Requests are handled within the PAIA timeframes

The company will respond to a valid PAIA request within the period required by PAIA, subject to any lawful extension, request for further information, or applicable fees.
